At Hometown Wine Company we collect the personal information you give us – Name, Address, Email, Phone Number, Date of birth, Credit Card information and wine preferences. We collect your personal data for the purposes of Hometown Wine Company Winery Tasting Room, shipping of wine and Wine Club only.

Hometown Wine Company through SecurityMetrics has obtained a Certificate of PCI DSS Merchant Compliance – completed August 2025.

“SecurityMetrics recognizes the merchant for its efforts to reduce credit card theft and fraud. By achieving PCI certification, this merchant is maintaining rigorous data security standards to ensure that its customers’s credit card information remains safe and secure. In order to maintain PCI DSS compliance the merchant’s self-assessment questionnaire must be passed every 12 months and any scans, if applicable, must be passed every 3 months.”

Our software partners and providers are PCI Compliant as a Level 1 Service Provider.

Onsite security of the Hometown Wine Company is provided by Ring and monitored 24/7.

Marketing photography might be taken during your visit. Photos will be announced and the option to ‘Opt-Out’ will be available. Marketing photography might be used on the Website or third-party social media sites like Facebook or Instagram.
