Hometown Wine Company appreciates your loyalty and support. Hometown Wine Company has the right to modify, add terms and conditions relative to the needs of the business. Hometown Wine Company has the right to refuse service.

Shipping Policy

Hometown Wine Company has partnered with Vinoshipper and UPS for all shipping needs. Shipping costs range depending on size, weight and location of delivery. All orders including wine will require an adult signature upon ordering and shipping delivery. Someone over the age of 21 needs to be available to sign for the package. Packages including wine can not be left at the door. Hometown Wine Company fulfills orders within 48 hours of placing the order, Monday through Friday, unless on back order. Orders placed after 12 noon, Eastern Standard Time, will be processed the following business day, unless on back order. UPS delivers in residential areas Monday through Saturday from 9am to 9pm. UPS delivers to business locations Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm. Shipping options to be determined during check out process by each shopper. Please note, weather plays an important role in shipping and could cause delays if temperates in delivery location and through transit are below 32 degrees Farenheight and above 90 degrees Farenheight. If a package becomes missing, lost and/or damaged in transit, please contact the Winery at hello@www.hometownwineco.com.

Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Hometown Wine Company values quality of product and service. Conditions that warrant a return or refund within 30 days of purchase only would need to be communicated to Hometown Wine Company directly to resolve. All wine sales are final. Cancellation of experiences, reservations or events need to be done 7 days before event date for a full refund.


Outside Food Policy

Outside food and beverages are not allowed on the property of Hometown Wine Company. Please visit the Tasting Room for wine, nonalcoholic beverages and snacks.


Pet Policy

Hometown Wine Company loves pets! However, please leave your pets at home. Federal, state and local laws dictate pet policies especially in establishments manufacturing food and beverages – that’s us here at Hometown Wine Company! Thank you for understanding.

Service animals only, please. We have the right to ask (2) questions: 1. Is the animal a service animal required because of a disability? 2. What work or task has the animal been trained to perform?


Smoking Policy

Hometown Wine Company is a Smoke-Free property. This Smoking Policy includes use of cigarettes, electronic cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, medical marijuana as well as any and all vaping. If you find yourself mid-puff upon arrival, an ash tray is provided in the parking lot behind the building.


Parking

Hometown Wine Company has (1) ADA accessible parking spot directly out front of the building, (6) parking spots in rear of the building and street parking available. Please be nice to the neighbors! We kindly ask you do not block driveways and mailboxes – thank you!


Limousine & Bus Policy

Limousines and Buses are strictly not permitted on Hometown Wine Company property. Due to the size and nature of our Tasting Room we will not be able to accept Limousine and Bus drop offs or walk ins.


Large Group Policy

Hometown Wine Company is able to accommodate groups up to 8 people due to the intimate Tasting Room experience. Questions about larger groups? Please contact: hello@www.hometownwineco.com.
